The idea here is to create an "interactive bibliography". One of the greatest features of online information is its capacity to create dialogue. Readers are encouraged to send their comments via email to Jack Kessler at email address kessler@well.sf.ca.us : please indicate in your message whether you grant permission for the posting of your comments online here. Not all comments sent in will be posted, and there may be some editing -- any writer displeased with the result may opt for a full retraction -- the overall intention is to encourage the use of online media for the discussion, rather than just the presentation, of issues.
